Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to our High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for High Net Worth Individuals and related entities.
Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Develop tax strategies that align with clients' financial goals and minimize tax liabilities.
Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding tax planning opportunities and implications.
Collaborate with other professionals, including financial advisors and accountants, to provide integrated services to clients.
Stay up to date with the latest tax developments and changes in legislation that may impact clients.
Manage multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Active CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably with a focus on High Net Worth Individuals.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
