Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the plastic injection industry. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plastic injection sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastic injection industry
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Familiarity with account management practices is a plus
Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
