Assistant Project Manager - Ground-up Apartments

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our construction team in the development of ground-up apartment projects in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Help manage project risks and issue resolution to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
