Our team specializes in designing, programming, and implementing cutting-edge automation systems for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. We are looking for a Controls Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in automation and controls solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement PLC/HMI/SCADA systems using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Wonderware platforms.
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC (RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000), HMI, and SCADA systems to improve process efficiency and reliability.
Work with Cognex vision systems for machine vision inspection, barcode reading, and quality control.
Develop and integrate industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET, etc.) for seamless communication between automation devices.
Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and support to ensure successful system deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to design and implement automated solutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including electrical schematics, control logic flowcharts, and operational manuals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or system integration.
Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix), Wonderware System Platform, and Cognex vision systems.
Strong understanding of HMI/SCADA design, industrial communication protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with robotic integration, motion control, or MES solutions is a plus.
Ability to read and create electrical schematics and P&IDs.
Willingness to travel for project installations and support as needed.
