Estate + Trust Attorney Partner

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estate + Trust Attorney Partner to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. This role requires a deep understanding of estate and trust law, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and lead a team of attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on estate planning, including wills and trusts
Manage trust administration and probate processes
Develop and implement estate plans tailored to client needs
Represent clients in disputes related to estates and trusts
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff
Conduct client meetings to discuss estate planning strategies
Stay updated on changes in estate and trust laws and regulations

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust law
Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and probate processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a team
