Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team, and play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company's strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts.
Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual performance.
Support CAPEX planning and analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
Conduct standard cost analyses and inventory costing to enhance profitability.
Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial assessments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Knowledge of CAPEX and standard cost practices.
Familiarity with variance analysis and KPI reviews.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
