Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Service Technician with expertise in commercial systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and components.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
Valid HVAC technician license and certifications.
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
