Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging, high-stakes legal work across a variety of industries - including business disputes, real estate litigation, environmental matters, and public agency representation. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility for remote work and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in state and federal courts in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation

  • Work closely with clients to develop litigation strategy and manage cases effectively

  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver strategic and practical legal solutions

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar

  • Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial, land use, or real estate matters

  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
