Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Public Health Subject Matter Salesforce Expert (SME) to lead and support initiatives within the public health sector. The SME will provide insights and guidance on health programs, regulations, and best practices, focusing on effective project management and implementation strategies for various public health projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance on public health issues and best practices.
Manage projects related to public health initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, to develop and implement public health strategies.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce and other analytics tools to enhance public health program management.
Support the development and optimization of public health workflows and processes.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff and stakeholders on public health policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health or a related area.
Ability to travel, as needed
Strong understanding of Public Health regulations and policies.
Proficiency in Salesforce and analytics tools.
Experience in project management, particularly in public sector solutions.
Knowledge of health programs, grant management, and case management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
