The Mechanical Group Manager will oversee a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and solutions. This role is essential for ensuring quality standards, optimizing project workflows, and driving innovation within the mechanical engineering department, particularly focusing on HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
Oversee the design and implementation of HVAC systems and other mechanical solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all projects.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate mechanical systems into broader project frameworks.
Conduct load calculations, system layout design, and plumbing system assessments.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on HVAC systems.
Strong managerial skills with experience leading engineering teams.
Familiarity with design software and tools used in mechanical engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
