Patent Attorney/Associate/Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Patent Attorney, Associate, and Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications, as well as providing legal advice on intellectual property matters. This role is essential in ensuring the protection of our clients' innovations and inventions.

Key Responsibilities for Attorney

  • Prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO and other international patent offices.
  • Conduct patent searches and analyze patentability.
  • Assist in the prosecution of patent applications and respond to office actions.
  • Draft legal documents, including patent assignments and licensing agreements.
  • Provide support in litigation processes related to patent infringements.
  • Advise clients on intellectual property strategies and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of patent laws and regulations.

Qualifications for Attorney

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in patent law and intellectual property matters.
  • Strong understanding of patent prosecution procedures and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
