We are a long-established mining and blasting company.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing a plant that manufactures explosives.
- Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving.
- Coordinate plant activities through planning to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner, ensuring optimal plant operations.
- Properly training and monitory adherence to all laws and regulations, safety, compliance and procedures.
- Ensures our We Are One Culture is embraced, modeled, and taught.
- Assists in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Ensures maintenance service operates efficiently and within statutory or contractual requirements.
- Maintains IFTA requirements.
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
- Leadership skills that provide the ability to solve problems and make decisions both individually and in a team environment.
- Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
- Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.

What You Need for this Position

- Production experience, maintaining QC records and documentation.
- Valid Hazmat endorsement and Class A CDL Driver License
- Blasting field experience, ATF understanding, DOT experience.
- Communication Skills, Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
- PLC understanding and trouble shooting
