Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the project, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Conduct risk management and problem-solving activities to minimize project setbacks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry commercial is plus.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
