We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Pre-Suit Attorney to join our team and help us expand our firm's capabilities.

Position Overview:
As a Pre-Suit Attorney at our firm, you will play a critical role in the firm's litigation process, managing cases before they are filed in court. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who is passionate about client relations, strategic case development, and building a successful path for litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review case files and client information to assess the merits of potential claims and determine pre-suit strategies.
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, clarify details, and manage expectations.
  • Draft and send demand letters, settlement proposals, and other pre-suit documents.
  • Engage in pre-suit negotiations with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with experts, investigators, and other professionals to strengthen the case.
  • Analyze case details, conduct legal research, and develop appropriate pre-suit strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of case progress, client interactions, and settlement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes of limitations and other legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance to clients on potential outcomes and next steps in the pre-suit process.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • At least 4 years of experience in personal injury or pre-suit litigation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction.
