Production Supervisor - SECOND SHIFT

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our second shift operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead a team to achieve manufacturing goals and efficiency through lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for the second shift.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and feedback.
Implement and promote lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma practices.
Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment!
Strong knowledge of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and tools is preferred.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including second shift hours.
