Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring a Project Manager that possesses a strong background in Commercial Flooring and Construction Management.

What You Will Be Doing

As a project manager, you will coordinate amongst clients, company, and crew and assist the sales team to ensure profitability across multiple projects at a time. Additionally, you will track products and materials, oversee performance of crew members, monitor safety practices, and ensure completion within allocated time and budget and report information to Corporate Management.

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 years experience in the following:
- Project Management
- Flooring Installation or Construction Management
- Interpreting blueprints, construction plans and layouts
- Flooring installation procedures and products
- Ability to travel (75% or more) within territory

Nice to have:
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management
