Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets, ensure accurate estimating, and track expenses to avoid overruns.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Foster business development opportunities by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
