Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within the electric and utilities sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, specifically in mission-critical and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and monitoring processes.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all project activities.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project documentation and reports to management.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electric or utilities sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
