Sales Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our capital equipment and thermal systems, specifically focusing on boilers and heat transfer solutions in the industrial sector. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial HVAC sector.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our boiler and thermal system solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met for technical specifications.
Provide expert advice on heat transfer and boiler systems to optimize client operations.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in HVAC or capital equipment sectors.
Strong technical understanding of boilers, thermal systems, and heat transfer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
