Sr. IT Systems Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Systems Administrator to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems. Responsible for development, deployment, and day-to-day support and administration of the ATI server (on-premises and cloud) IT infrastructure, including Active Directory domain and Office 365. Work in a proactive global team environment driving innovative solutions/architecture to positively impact the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
Implement and manage backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Enhance system security through monitoring, updates, and vulnerability assessments.
Administer Active Directory for user access and privileges management.
Oversee virtualization technologies including VMWare, vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
Manage cloud services and applications in AWS and Azure environments.
Design and implement virtual server architecture to optimize performance and scalability.
Document processes and procedures for system management and disaster recovery.
Support ITIL best practices in service management and incident response.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in systems administration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of systems administration, backups, and security best practices.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory and virtualization technologies.
Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes.
