Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Inspector / QA professional to oversee the quality assurance processes in building construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with building codes and standards, conducting thorough inspections and providing expert assessments to guarantee structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of structural components and systems in building construction projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to address any structural issues.
Perform quality assurance checks and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Review and approve construction documentation related to structural work.
Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Structural Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role in building construction.
Strong knowledge of building codes and structural engineering principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications in QA/QC processes are a plus.
