Position: Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Centers
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Superintendent to lead the construction and operational oversight of hyperscale data centers across the U.S. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing low-voltage and structured cabling teams, and a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end construction of hyperscale data centers, ensuring successful project delivery from ground-breaking to commissioning.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and execution strategies.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical, low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for materials, tools, and services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent in data center or large-scale infrastructure construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and data center operations.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems relevant to mission-critical environments.
  • Strong background in construction budgeting, scheduling, and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
