We're one of the top mid-sized CPA companies in the country provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for clients within various industries which include financial services (private equity), real estate, construction, manufacturing, wealth management, entertainment, technology, and more. We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing

Plan and coordinate C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership and High Net Worth Individual tax compliance.
Develop and deliver tax planning techniques for clients while addressing their needs.
Interact with the clients advisors
Tax research, analysis and written memorandum.
Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions while identifying and documenting uncertain tax positions.

What You Need for this Position

3+ years of tax preparation for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships and Individuals
3+ years of Tax Planning & Compliance
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Bachelors degree in Accounting required; Masters of Tax degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to manage own time and the time of others
Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
Capacity to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of how to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
