Position Overview
The Tax Senior will play a key role in the tax compliance and advisory services for our clients. This position involves preparing and reviewing various tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and providing expert tax guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual (1040), corporation (1120), S-corporation (1120S), partnership (1065), and nonprofit (990) tax returns.
Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to clients regarding tax strategies and compliance issues.
Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for C-Corp, S-Corp, and partnership structures.
Review workpapers and ensure accuracy of tax return filings.
Support the preparation of partnership tax returns and related compliance matters.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and explain tax-related matters.
Mentor and train junior staff members in tax preparation and accounting practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and regulations for individual, corporate, and partnership taxes.
Experience with tax software and accounting systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
