Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Staff member to join our dynamic tax team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns while providing excellent client service. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations and will involve collaboration with senior tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of 1120S and 1120 corporate tax returns.
Prepare individual tax returns (1040) for clients.
Conduct research on various tax issues to provide accurate solutions.
Review and analyze financial statements and tax documents for accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
Utilize tax software and SaaS solutions to streamline the tax preparation process.
Support clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
1-2 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax preparation.
Proficiency in tax preparation software and technology solutions.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
