Position Overview: The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for activating construction projects for multiple restaurant chains, primarily QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants) such as McDonalds and Chick-fil-A. The Traveling Superintendent is able to move quickly from one job site to the next while staying organized and making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple restaurant construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the project timeline.
Evaluate project plans and drawings, while organizing resources and materials.
Perform quality control inspections and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
Finalize project close-out and ensure all documentation is properly completed
Organize and lead daily pre-job and toolbox safety meetings

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a superintendent in the commercial fast food/restaurant industry
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and processes
Ability to work quickly and accurately to manage multiple projects
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Valid drivers license
Ability to travel for extended periods.
