Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with specialization in Workers Compensation Defense to join our team in Atlanta. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a role with autonomy in a big firm with a small firm feel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of workers compensation defense litigation matters
Prepare for trial and court appearances
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial

Qualifications

JD
Passed GA bar
1+ years of experience in Civil Litigation for Workers Compensation Defense
Proven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions
Trial experience is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
