Position Overview
The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that the organization can adapt and thrive in a continuously evolving environment. This position involves analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create business process models to illustrate workflows and processes.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data for reporting purposes.
Develop data visualizations to present insights and trends effectively.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to business processes and systems.
Manage projects and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Implement Agile methodologies in project management to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Support business intelligence initiatives by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business requirements.
Create regular reports for stakeholders to track progress and outcomes.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience in business process modeling and improvement.
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement techniques.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience in business intelligence concepts and tools.
Ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
