CNC Programmer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce precision parts while ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write CNC programs using G-Code for various machining processes.
  • Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify programs based on engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Select appropriate tools and fixtures for machining operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct precision measurements and inspections to verify part dimensions and quality.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and resolve any production issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure their reliability.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the machining process to meet industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in G-Code programming and CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong background in machining processes and blueprint interpretation.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and practices in manufacturing.
  • Ability to select appropriate tools and materials for specific machining tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
