CNC Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring that all operations are performed efficiently and safely. The CNC Technician will also troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our aerospace manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform preventive maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical issues related to CNC operations.
Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems on CNC machinery.
Program and adjust CNC machines to meet production requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Document maintenance and repair activities in compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Technician or similar role in an aerospace environment.
Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operations and programming.
Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems and performing equipment repairs.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
