We're looking for a Senior Backend Python Engineer to join our fast-growing, high-impact team. As a key individual contributor, you'll work across a broad range of technical challenges, particularly in backend services and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is smart, humble, curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving real-world problems with clean, scalable code.

What You'll Do

Write clean, scalable Python code.
Design and architect new product features and systems.
Drive key projects across backend, infrastructure, and data.
Promote strong engineering practices and mentor junior engineers.

Required

BS in Computer Science or related
5+ years of Python experience with a strong grasp of scalable, distributed systems
Experience with AWS/GCP, Terraform, and infrastructure as code
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego mindset

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, fintech, banking, or related
Knowledge of NLP, machine learning, or LLMs
