Job Title: Studio Manager - Licensed Architect, Multi-Family 
Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid 2 days at home 3 days at the office)

Requirements: 10+ Years Design Experience in Multifamily or Hospitality sectors, ground up and renovation work 


Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager - Licensed Architect with a focus on multi-family housing. The ideal candidate will lead design and development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes in affordable housing and hospitality sectors. This role involves collaboration with clients, overseeing project teams, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage design and development projects for multi-family housing.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create innovative design solutions.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards and project specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, Section 42 regulations and standards.
  • Conduct construction administration and provide support during the construction phase.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-family housing design and development.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing policies and programs, including LIHTC and Section 8 preferred
  • Experience in construction administration and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
